Because each batch is freshly roasted and made to order during our limited-time pre-order launch, all sales are final. Please read carefully before placing your order.

 Pre-Orders & Production

• This is a pre-order product. You are reserving your batch of coffee before it is officially manufactured, packaged, and shipped.

• Estimated shipping begins Q2 2026, but this is subject to change due to production timelines or supply chain delays.

• Funds collected during pre-orders go directly toward production costs — roasting, packaging, materials, and logistics.

 No Refunds or Cancellations

• Due to the nature of pre-orders and the use of funds for production, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns.

• All orders are considered final once placed.

• Please double-check your cart and shipping information before completing your order.

 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@deansmarketingagency.com with a clear photo and description.

• We’ll evaluate the situation and do our best to make it right — either with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
